On the ground floor you will find a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
Exclusive private outdoor areas with a terrace and a garden overlooking the pool, and another terrace and landscaped area with views of the chapel and the estuary, all fully equipped.
There is a semi-basement divided into a single room with a small living room, ideal for those who want to travel with their service staff, allowing for greater privacy. With both exterior and interior access to the property.
Private entrance to the villa from the outside and direct access from the garage to the property. (2 parking spaces).
