HOW DOES VILLALIA WORK?
1.- Choose the property that best suits your preferences and reserve it. You will receive confirmation by email.
2.- A few weeks before, via email, you will be sent all the relevant information on how to get there, how the keys will be delivered, etc.
3.- When you arrive at the place, use our instructions and geolocate your destination, you will arrive easily.

HOW DOES IT RESERVE?
Locate your accommodation
Check the available accommodations on our website until you find the one that best suits your preferences. If you have questions, contact us and our team will advise you.
Reservation request
Once the accommodation is located, click on the reservation link and fill in the form that appears to formalize the request, you can make the payment by credit / debit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard) or choose to mark payment by bank transfer.
Booking confirmation
Once your request is received, we will answer you as soon as possible by email, in the event that you have marked the payment by bank transfer, the accommodation will remain blocked for you for 72 hours, time in which we must receive the amount of the% of the reservation or, depending on the days remaining until the day of entry, the total payment of the reservation.
HOW IS YOUR APPLICATION PROCESSED?
Preferably in this order, directly on the website, via email, by WhatsApp or by phone.
WHEN AND HOW DO YOU RECEIVE YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION?
As soon as we receive the first payment or the full payment of the reservation, you will be informed via email that your reservation is 100% confirmed.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE RESERVED ACCOMMODATION ON THE DAY OF ENTRY?
Once the total payment of the reservation is received, we will put everything in motion so that you enjoy your stay. Information on how the keys will be handed over (or how the access codes will be delivered) to the accommodation of your choice will be sent to you approximately 14 to 10 days before the day of arrival. This information will be sent to you via email.
PAYMENT METHOD
You can make payments by bank transfer or, by credit/debit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard) via our website.
For the security deposit it is essential to provide a credit card (Visa, Maestro or Mastercard), you will be asked for the card after making the first payment. In principle, no amount will be charged or blocked on this card, but if after departure there is something broken or damaged in the villa itself, an amount of up to 150,00€ may be charged. After 7 days from the day of departure, the data on the card will be deleted automatically.
