Villalia Patricia está completamente equipada con piscina privada climatizada con vistas al mar, a Fuerteventura y a la Isla de Lobos.
Disfruta del sol en su maravillosa zona exterior, de un refrescante baño en la piscina, un buen libro o una barbacoa al aire libre. Su interior moderno y confortable invita a la relajación.
La villa consta de 3 habitaciones muy confortables. Un dormitorio de matrimonio con cama de 1.50m x 1.90m y baño en suite, y dos dormitorios con 2 camas individuales cada una. Dispone de un plato de ducha.
La cocina totalmente equipada con menaje completo ofrece todo lo necesario para los amantes de la gastronomía, la casa dispone todos los electrodomésticos habituales para que no te falte de nada. Desde la cocina se accede directamente a la terraza por lo que preparar un picnic mientras tu familia disfruta de un baño es muy sencillo y cómodo.
El salón y el comedor tienen también una clara linea moderna y decoración seleccionada con muy buen gusto.
En Villalia Patricia se ofrece gran variedad de servicios para tu comodidad como servicio wifi, Smart TV, HD de 49 pulgadas con posibilidad de Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO (es necesario ser usuario para poder acceder a la aplicaciones), aire acondicionado, mobiliario exterior confortable (hamacas, mesa, sillas, pérgola y barbacoa). Este alojamiento está dotado de plaza de aparcamiento privado y entrada particular e independiente.
Ubicada en Playa Blanca, a tan solo 5 minutos caminando de la playa de las Coloradas y muy cerca de importantes puntos a visitar como las Playas Papagayo, Los Hervideros y el Parque Nacional de Timanfaya.

Everything was very consistent with the description on the site. The location is calm and very convenient (need a car but can walk to the beach). the view is amazing. The villa is in very good state and very clean.
